We ripped out all of our EnGenius switches, AP's etc. And haven't looked back. Our wireless stability is so much better that it's not even funny.no longer do I have to schedule reboots etc. Good luck with the problems you are having as I truly hope you can get them resolved but I wouldn't hold your breath that EnGenius is going to do anything about it.
