Wonderful Orchestral Regina music box in a mahogany case with nine 27″ discs. The serial number on it is 30780. It has a folding or “accordian-top” that folds out and allows one to play the largest Regina discs. The movement has a great sound with double combs in good original condition. The base has a fancy carved molding with full carved columns on the corners and inset panels framed by a molding on each side. It has the original brass removable crank on the side for easy winding.

This music box with bells was a premium model and saw very low numbers produced. Housed in its original walnut veneer case, the music movement produces the nicest music with the (switchable) bell accompaniment.

After unwinding and expanding the spring as much as possible and stopping the box at the end of a tune, you should block the speed regulator with a little piece of folded paper, if you will be transporting it over long distances.
